How to Place an International Order using our Website
- Create an account using our Account Creation Page
- Add the items to you cart and follow the normal check out procedure. You will be notified of any shipping restrictions when you try to add an item to you cart. Certain items may not be shipped internationally, but you may choose to ship them if you have a shipping address withing the United States.
- Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to finalize the details of your order if a change is needed. Please note, all shipping costs in your initial order are estimates and may change. Your card will not be charged until you verify these charges with one of our representatives.
- (if changes were needed) Authorize the Order: once you approve of all costs with our representatives, you will need to verify your pending order by logging into your account and clicking on the Pending Orders link. This page will display your orders that need to be finalized. Once this is done, we will release the order for shipment.

How to Place an International Order using our Fax Order Form
- Fax the completed order form found here to 001-610-495-7229 (from Canada, please fax it to 1-610-495-7229). Please verify your email address and your credit card information. Incorrect or illegible information may delay or cancel your order.
- Include a copy of your credit card in the box provided.
- Approve or cancel the email order confirmation. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
Faxing the form to us signifies that you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. All cancelled orders will be removed from our system and all credit card information will be destroyed.
International Restrictions and Shipping Details
Please note, due to dealer restrictions, we are not allowed to ship select products outside of the United States via our website. You will be notified of these restrictions and our policies if you attempt to purchase one or more of these items.
Select products such as Burton, Oakley, and select other brands are not available for shipping outside of the USA. Other brand restrictions may apply.
We ship all international packages using the US Postal Service, unless you request another method of shipping that we can accommodate. Once a package ships, it takes 5-10 business days to arrive if there are no delays in customs. Snowboards and other items may require the use of UPS and are not available to ship by the US Postal Service.
Our shipping costs do NOT include duties, taxes or other fees that may be required by your country. Buckman’s Ski and Snowboard Shops will not be responsible for any of these additional fees or costs. It is recommended that you contact your local custom’s office for an estimate on these costs before placing your order. If the package is returned for any reason, shipping costs will not be refunded. Delivery service and times are not guaranteed unless you agree to use UPS (not the US Postal System) as the shipper.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for items that are not available for shipping outside of the USA. Faxing us an order form signifies that you agree with the shipping terms stated on that form, in this email, and on our websites.
